到國家公園登⼭,上⼭前做好⾏前準備、體能評估,熟悉路線並詳細規劃登⼭計畫。⾏進中如有⾝體不適請評估⾃⾝狀況,量⼒⽽為,並告知同⾏團員、留守⼈,切勿逞強。 ⼭永遠都在,開⼼出⾨也要平安回家!
【登⼭迷途謹記 STOP 原則,讓⾃⼰安全下⼭!】
• S(Stop) 先停下⾏動;
• T(Think) 回想迷途路段,如果沒有辦法回到原路,請留在原地;
• O(Observe) 觀察⾝邊資源,如食物、裝備等,周遭環境有無⽯洞、樹洞能遮風避雨;
• P(Plan) 擬定待援計畫,分配飲食⽔量,注意保暖防⽌失溫。
在⼿機還有些微訊號時,可撥打「112」緊急救難號碼求援;或以⼿機⽂字簡訊或報案APP的簡訊 報案功能先按「發送」,⼿機會抓取基地台微弱訊號的同時發出求救訊息。
【迷途時為何不該下切溪⾕??】
• 台灣溪⾕地形陡峭落差⼤,多瀑布、深潭,雨後有溪⽔暴漲,導致受困、被急流沖走的可 能。
• 溪⽔聲掩蓋搜救⼈員呼喊聲、樹林茂密易遮蔽搜救視線。
• 應往⾼處、稜線移動,訊號較佳,也較易被空中搜救察覺。

When hiking in Taiwan’s National Parks, prepare for the hike in advance, assess your fitness, familiarize yourself with the route and plan your hike in detail. If you are not feeling well during the trip, please assess your own physical conditions, act according to your ability and inform your fellow team members and guardian. Do not attempt to exceed your abilities. The mountains are always there to welcome your next adventure. Set out and return home safely.
[Remember the STOP principles when you become lost in the mountains, for your safe return home!]
• S(Stop) Stop your immediate action.
• T(Think) Think back to where you became lost. If there is no way to return to the original route, stay where you are.
• O(Observe) Observe the resources around you, such as food, equipment, etc. and whether or not there are caves and holes in the surrounding environment to shelter you from the wind and rain.
• P(Plan) Make a plan to get help, allocate food and water and keep warm to prevent hypothermia.
When there is still a slight signal on the phone, you can dial the 112 Emergency number for assistance; or text message to emergency services through APP. For the SMS reporting function of the mobile phone first click on "Send," the mobile phone will capture the weak signal of the base station and send a distress message at the same time.
